Kids need yoga too. We are so excited to offer a kids yoga series for kids 3-6.
Simulate the imagination with our introductory Yoga for Littles 5-week series. Your child will learn basic poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation in a creative environment. Thematic classes are designed to be fun, while aiding your child in the development of their body awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance. This series will give your child a playful foundation in which to inspire their future practice.
