Bit of a different transformation to my usual “before” photo...The photo on the left was last summer, I’d gained 2 stone from my lightest it was the biggest heatwave in London & I had fucking spanx on in that dress ready to go to a festival in a park and seriously almost fainted from not being able to breathe but also refusing to go without wearing the devil shorts & sort of accepted I’d never get back down to that weight I had to keep ordering clothes a size bigger..Then something just clicked, I’d done it before I can do it again, I had Florida coming up last September & the last time I went I was 2 stone lighter - fast forward and I managed to lose a stone of that for my holiday & now...I’m 5lb away from that 2 stone loss...I’ve had lots of messages recently about me going to the gym and that other people are doing it but the scales aren’t moving...IGNORE THE SCALES! Think about this logically you are following a “diet” plan and exercising, nothing you are doing should make you gain weight you’re following a healthy lifestyle the gym will not make you gain fat, take all the measurements & in my case ALL THE PHOTOS, because by summer I want to look at the right photo and that be my progress! Even now looking at those two photos I can’t see a two stone difference however I FEEL it, you do not walk around with a set of scales strapped to your forehead no one goes “oh look at her she weighs blah blah...” if you feel good you will look good because all that matters is what YOU think! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 #positivity#weightlossjourney#fitness#gym#sw#cardio#weights#weightloss#fitnessjourney#transformation#weightlosstransformation#puregym#nike#happinessjourney

Can’t wait to get home tonight for slow cooked beef stir fry. Working a later shift today so had time to prep the veg this morning and put it into the slow cooker. It will be turned on at 1pm on slow for 6 hours by my boyfriend and ready just in time for me coming home later! 💗
What are we waiting for? Til it's a better week? Til we have more money? Til the weather's better? No week is ever perfect and if we keep waiting until it is, opportunities can pass us by. We don't know what is around the corner but if we did, might we act sooner? Have you ever met anyone who said 'I wish I'd waited another year to lose weight'. I have definitely heard many say they wish they'd discovered Slimming World years ago! So if you've lost your way a bit or were thinking of giving up, think again and think where you could be by Summer. In about 23 weeks how much lighter could we be? Let's be the ones running down the beach with the balloons....not sitting at home hiding away until we have more time, more money or until we are thinner...we can certainly make that last one happen if we live for now! ♥️ . .
Eh 🤦🏻♀️ bodies are weird. Not going to suggest I’ve been an angel this week because I haven’t, but I’m also not going to get lost in the numbers today as I’m about to go enjoy a weekend in England with the girls before a business trip to London and I am not going to let a tiddly gain get me down ☺️ expecting a gain next Friday too but then we can draw the line and head in the right direction. I’m here for the long haul and in no rush to get to where I want to be. Life is for living too, folks ❤️
