I think the best advice I ever read was to think about the length you have when lying on your back: pre-Hundred or pre-Roll Up. On your back you've got the Mat behind you for feedback about how your scoop is working. So really it’s the same thing when on your tummy work to recreate that same length. It's in there! Then use the hands to push through and slowly peel up!
