4 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of milk at 110 degrees F
2 1/4 Active Dry Yeast
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 egg replacement
3 tsp of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Sprinkle yeast and sugar in milk. Give a stir and let it bloom.
Sift together flour, sugar, salt in the mixing bowl. Put in vanilla, yeast, butter, lemon zest and egg replacement into the bowl and mix everything together.
Flour the surface and put the dough out. Roll it out to about less than 1/2 inch. Take a 3 inch round cutter and cut out the dough. Place on parchment paper. Let it sit for 1 1/2 to 2 hours to rise.
Heat oil to 350 degrees and place 4 doughnuts at a time (turning over on both sides) until it is golden brown on each side. When it comes out place on towel to drain. Put into some granulated sugar on each side.
Pipe in Nutella when it is warm. Finally ENJOY!!
