Sweet potato are one of my favorite way to start the day. After a tough morning workout, or when I'm trying to cut down on carbs baked sweet potato is best!! sweet potato is an excellent source of carbohydrates to refuel the body . Sweet potato breakfast taste amazing ,and can be easily customized with fun and healthy toppings.
I enjoy adding :Natural Peanut Butter, cacao , nuts and banana, or berries but the possibilities are endless!
