I *thought* I was eating whole 30ish most days but the drag and headache I am feeling is telling me that the *ish* had a long way to go from Whole30 reality.
So here I am...tired and fuzzy...but well fed before 8pm. So I’ll call today a big win.

Freezer Food! Sweet potatoes, Bananas, and avocados. For the avocados..... Step 1- cut up and steam. Steam them for about 5 mins if they are not super soft already. Step 2- purée. For 3 avocados I added about 3 oz of breastmilk. Made them nice and creamy. Avocados are such a great source of healthy fat! FOR THE BANANAS Step 1- peel and put straight into blender. Step 2- add milk or water. For 5 bananas I added 1 oz of breastmilk. Avocados and Bananas are so cheap to buy! Such an easy make your self baby food! So the plate can't eat avocado, it's his kyrptonite. It's delicious and I miss my God damn gauc. So I made my best half assed attempt to make something that will fill that spot. Spicy sweet potato/black bean dip. And it's god damn good. (This coming from a guy who doesn't even really like sweet potato)
Here's a half assed recipe for you
2 big honking sweet potatoes
1/2 cup salsa
1 green onion
1/4 refried black bean
Bit of good olive oil the @theoliveoilco.brantford can help you with that
Blend that shit.
Mix in 2 spoons of garlic, bunch of sirracha, Chipotle mango spice, and good helping of sour cream. *
