You were born to be REAL, not PERFECT! .
I still struggle daily as a coach to show up and get 💩 done. I spent this last weekend in a binge of emotional eating and depression, doubting myself and my abilities. I have a hard time being accountable even if I am just admitting that I "failed" in my own mind. .
But if we all were perfect, what fun would the world be??? Being real means admitting your faults and taking accountability for them. Being real means knowing yourself and knowing when you need a break but also when you need a kick in the behind. .
So I have my meals prepped for the week, a workout plan fit into my schedule, and I've got my team on my side. Here's to a REAL week!
