The joy of eating a delicious & beautiful meal, in a magical setting, with wonderful service, and lovely company. A truly memorable experience at @rosalindarestaurant. The ‘chorizo tacos’ were love at first bite. A flavour-packed crumble of tempeh/lentil ‘chorizo’ with pablano/tomatillo salsa (Yas!), and cucumber pico de gallo - on the perfect corn tortillas. My next top item was the grilled broccolini and baby gem lettuce with jalapeño caper salsa (genius/tasty af), Caesar aioli & hella crispy sourdough croutons. We also ordered the jackfruit tacos with slaw and taro root crisps, plus a warming roasted Japanese eggplant dish with salsa macha, sikil pak (aka Mayan pumpkin seed dip), cashew crema, and pomegranate. A thoughtful, well balance menu that left me feeling fully nourished & totally satisfied. Thanks Jenn the gem aka @theplantedone for destroying this meal with me.
