Incline Cable Fly (Feet Up)
Give this variation at try
Start by placing feet up on the bench as shown and sit up a little higher so scapular is at the top of the bench, this allows you to get better scapular retraction therefore a greater stretch through the chest
Bear the weight through the little fingers on the eccentric phase, the most important part of this movement is holding at the bottom, this will cease any momentum from the movement before hitting a controlled yet explosive concentric pulling the weight through the index fingers and a good squeeze at the top.
Tip: A great exercise to superset this is close grip smith Machine Press!
