Had to get a little TLC in after that workout today from @fitbylemon ๐Ÿ’ฆ . Levitation on the #reformer is an incredible way to help your body understand the importance of the #hamstrings during pelvic lifts. Finding equal balance between the front body and the back body will all for some great #corework but also traction in the spine and low back. I advanced the movement by adding levitated #hamstringcurls to the mix. Finishing with #happybabypose is always a plus! I even got a visit at the end from my favorite people on the earth! Human beings can't fully multitask. You can't put 100% into doing 3 different things at once. So when you are mindless eating and watching TV and texting, what is your brain really focusing on the most. I can tell you what it is probably focusing on the least....all that delish food you just shoved into your face hole. No wonder why an hour later you are starving and wanting to eat an entire Krispy Kreme store.
Eat mindfully, stop everything you are doing and just be in the presence and eat your food. It sounds weird and it's hard but, just eat. No phone, tv, book, or laptop.
Watch you'll find yourself feeling more satisfied mentally and physically.

So I finally went to the doctors yesterday after over a week of being extremely tired, by Thursday I started worrying that Iโ€™d had a seizure in my sleep or the brain tumour had come back because I really didnโ€™t feel well at all. But I rested 12 hours and by Friday I woke up in such pain I could barely get out of bed, I couldnโ€™t breathe properly, I had to sit down on the bathroom floor before I even made it into the shower, I forced myself to get my day done but I did it in tears here and there from the pain and worry that I could die. My body aches, fevers, fatigue, confusion, mood swings and trouble with my eyesight all had come back and gotten worse. I couldnโ€™t figure it out so I went to the doctor, and he said after my hospital visit 2 weeks ago, Iโ€™d actually developed sepsis or something similar (infection that could lead to shock)... I literally had been feeling like my blood was burning - I even said to someone โ€œI feel like Iโ€™m being poisoned and my eyes, organs, skin, muscles and bones are being eaten awayโ€ and no wonder! I may joke about feeling like death etc but this was different. For me to go to the doctor I pretty much DO need to be dying lol im terrible. No wonder my heart felt like it was going to explode, I couldnโ€™t concentrate, I had shortness of breath and I couldnโ€™t eat or drink water - which upset me because normally I eat and drink heaps. Doctor took it very seriously, so got me the right antibiotics and anti inflammatory pain killers. I woke up 3 times last night in sweats but full laughing because I was so happy Iโ€™m no longer in pain, I swear to you once the infection got into my bloodstream and started affecting my skin, muscles, organs (and literally EVERYTHING) it was the most painful thing! Omg scary now I know what was wrong ๐Ÿ˜ณ Eee I cant explain how happy I am lol! My brains not malfunctioning, i have some energy back and Iโ€™m happy, Iโ€™m alive and well lol!
