So this is just the first chapter of a report by the Academy of Royal Colleges, it runs through the findings of many worldwide reports on the relationship between exercise and health, published in 2015 it's not widely known about but makes for some astonishing reading,
indeed the report is titled " Exercise: The miracle cure and the role of the doctor in promoting it "
Crazy how all this has been known since 2015 and should be well known by everyone, the diseases mentioned in this post that are preventable or reversible by correct regular exercise, will either affect you,
or someone you know, or someone known to them, unless addressed and acted upon.... We have all lost loved ones to these diseases, myself included, and yes it's sad to think that they could've been saved, but it's important to realise that there are still either nearest or dearest here left, family, friends, even strangers (don't stay strangers for long when you train together ;)) So see disease for what it is, take action, take the bull by the horns and get started!! Getting started is the hardest but quickest step to complete, once your rolling with it you are on it!! Live well
