A little spin on traditional steak and eggs. Meal 5 last night was ground sirloin and eggs baked in a skillet. I seasoned them with salt, chili flakes, chili powder, garlic powder, and 3 slices of jalapeños.
USMTO was the first tournament I’ve ever done and it was quite an experience! I can’t help but always get nervous and anxious before my fight because anything can happen. But I do it anyways because I have the most supportive team who motivates me and I want to do it for them! #motivationmonday

Unofficial Super time, my time on Athlinks is actually 11 seconds faster. As you can see by elevation gain, the course was flat and fast. Super may be my ideal distance now I’ve tried them all out. Next Spartan is Subic trifecta weekend with @spartanraceph
Straight after I’d raced and changed shirts and put a hat on to attempt to save my sunburnt skull any extra damage I headed to the finish line to hang out and cheer on as many people as I could, one of my favourite parts of each race is seeing friends, strangers, athletes and struggling first timers jump the fire and get their medals! Can’t wait for more race days
