Today the universe definitely sent me a big “fuck you”, woke up with, what I believe to be a cold, runny nose, sore throat, and sneezing non stop lol. Also, started my time of the month this morning as well, so it was definitely a shitty start. Considered taking a rest day today, and probably should have after seeing how shitty my bench day was, but fuck it, it happens to the best of us. Just gotta do better 🤷🏻♀️.
