Did you know Austin is home to the @f1 US Grand Prix? I didn't either until I moved here. This was my second year going and it's a fun way to spend a Sunday, whether or not you have a clue as to what's going on! Pictured here is @lewishamilton who won the 56-lap race for the fourth straight year. 🏎️

This monster burger is The Hangover from Blacow Burger in Fort Mill. A beef short rib patty topped with bacon, cheddar, poutine, a fried egg, , caramelized onion, and truffle oil. And yes, I finished it off.⠀

Who's been to Blacow Burger? What did you think of it? I had mixed feelings. The burgers were good but a bit over the top for me. I also didn't like the fact that it was fast casual given the price point.

On top of Cadillac Mountain, in Acadia National Park. Those are the Porcupine island's and the town of Bar Harbor in the distance. The stone all around here is actually pink granite which was really cool! There are many trails to hike up the mountain here, but since we were only in the area for a couple days we just drove up to the top. There's a small ranger station & gift shop up there, and you can walk around and explore.
I was so happy to finally get to Maine and Acadia. A friend from elementary school would go there every year, camping with her family. She'd tell me all about it and send me a postcard. Here I am, 20+years later and I finally made it! Another #bucketlist item checked off :).. Oh I just noticed this is my #100th post here too! *

Stockholm's Drottningholm Palace isn't just a building for the royal residence. The palace grounds are a worthy visit as well: incredibly beautiful, a mix of forested areas and immaculately landscaped plants.
Most of the palace grounds are open to the public for wandering, and seem to be REALLY open. I even saw men collecting mushrooms in the woods, a walker taking naps on sun-soaked benches, and people walking dogs.

If you're ever in Jianshui, China, the Zhu Family Garden is a maze of rooms, ponds, and courtyards, and it's wonderfully peaceful and quiet. It's definitely worth a visit for a taste of old-fashioned Chinese opulence!

They open the Arcul de Triumf just once a year, but last night I got a chance to go up to the top, and stand in awe of Bucharest’s lively streets.
