A good way to practice this: start or end your day by listing 3-5 things you are grateful for. Try thinking of the big and small moments that occurred today or the day before. THIS. Self-love isn’t just for the moments when you feel like everything is perfect and you’re “on a roll.” It’s easy to love ourselves when we feel like we’ve made the right choice, said the right thing, done something the makes us look good, etc. But loving ourselves through the mess ups, the meltdowns, the moments when we acted in a way that we aren’t proud of...that’s when self-love is hardest. It’s also when it is needed the most. Keep practicing the pause. Take a step back in moments when you’re being a little too hard on yourself and...cut yourself some slack!! Keep doing this every day and, little by little, it will get easier to do ❤️✨

💥 6-6-6 Drop Sets (no rest between drops / 60sec rest after drops) on 45 degree Leg Press

💥My main focus for these workouts is to encompass full body movements and to work on my scapular stability/mobility as well as full ROM - selecting weights that work the end range of my movement to increase their strength 💪🏽

I make no apologies for my Sweaty Gym Face and Frustrated Expressions. All the extra refeed food in my Belly was a lil uncomfy haha. Liss before this with a few hills meant I was jelly by the end of this workout.
