If you do, then you are wrong. I see so many so called Personal Trainers provide the one size fit all answer - eating less and exercising more. I also see so many people get in amazing shapes for their physique competitions only to lose it all and blow out within a few weeks of their comp. If you think you have the answer, then think again, you are most likely WRONG! You probably don’t understand the complexity with dealing with these Issues. Simple solutions like eating less and exercising more is only scratching the surface, and are nice but ignore the bigger issues behind it all.
