BUT It is also EXTREMELY important to set those simpler, Short Term Goals 🙌🏽 WHY?
✖️They are more achievable and you’ll feel good when you tick it off 😁
✖️They well keep you on track towards achieving your bigger goals 🙌🏽
✖️They’ll help you stay motivated and accountable 👌🏽
✖️It allows you to see that what you’re doing is paying off 👌🏽
✖️All the little goals act as building blocks to help you get to where you want to go 🙌🏽
The time frame on these can be Day-to-Day or all the way up to Weeks and Months 💪🏽

MY ADVICE…
✔️Set those big goals! Because they are the fkn best! 😝
✔️DO NOT NEGLECT the little ones! As the are just as important.. if not more Important than the Longer term ones!
✔️Reward yourself for hitting goals 😈
✅Above all else... make sure the short term goals are in fact ‘Achievable’ because otherwise it may overwhelm you and cause you to give up 🙅🏽‍♂️

One of the biggest mistakes is people trying to copy other people's program because they wanna look like them but they don't enjoy it.

If you don't enjoy a program you're more likely to skip sessions and become very inconsistent with your training.

Find a program and plan that suits your needs and requirements but also has a level of enjoyment to it. That way you'll stay consistent with the program and get to see the results you're after 💪

Probably my favourite lateral delt exercise at the moment is this movement right here.

I've found doing it like this helps lock you in limiting swinging and really helps me focus on the muscle I'm targeting.

Biggest tip with this movement I can give is think about pushing your hands out wide not pulling up to the roof 💪
