Shanghai food is an exciting and tasty fusion of east China, France and elsewhere in Asia. Here’s a glimpse of just one dinner with friends. The highlight this time of the year is the famous Shanghai crab (eating it is quite an art involving lots of cracking, picking, pulling and dipping.
