️ Introducing my technical saviour... As if full-time coding isn't enough, this weekend Andy ended up spending time helping me resolve a hacking case, move web hosting to save $, change themes, make design tweaks and a bunch of other things to improve speed, security & search factors for the website.
Getting in the trenches at least once to learn the ropes is often my preference, but this work would take forever to figure out (I sat by him the whole time working on the easier stuff and my mind was spinning looking at his screen!). Plus, I'd have spent thousands outsourcing it.
Right now I'm feeling gratitide beyond words for his ongoing technical support; guilt knowing he's got to 5 days of work ahead for a computer-free day! And a mix of relief/excitement have got a bunch of looming projects out of the way and share @casa.de.karma's mini-refresh very soon.
Who does the technical part of your biz? Do you DIY, outsource or both?
