After a 10 Minute Movement Prep, today’s session looked like this:
2 x L-Sit Muscle Up
4 x Ring Dips
6 x Floor Chins
8 x Press Ups
10 x Squat Thrusts
If you can’t muscle up, do Chin Ups or Floor Chins instead. If you can’t dip, do Assisted Dips. If you did Floor Chins to start, do Inverted Rows in place of the 6 x floor chins.

Finished off with some club and mace work to loosen off the shoulders and get the body moving outside of the saggital plane.
