What do you do when the kids wake up early? Have a snow day? Or are still at home because of the fires? It can be so awkward and uncomfortable to workout with them because they might want to watch their shows, you might have to entertain them and keep them busy or they might turn into monsters and start fighting. Sooooo what to do??? Include them in it!! Ask them- can you do this move? Who can do this move faster? Can you do more than I can do? Turn it into a game and give them a reward at the end....if you workout with me... Or of you can do more than I can do.... We'll go to the park, watch a movie, play a game, etc.
It's not always easy to have the kids around when you workout, but do your best. Getting something done is better than nothing at all.
