My plan is to is to choose just one treat day (Thursday). I have serious trouble eating SO fast & then overeating (🙄) so I’m going to wait to start eating until everyone else has started and then intentionally set my fork down between bites. As always, lots of veggies & water! .
Maybe by sharing this i can inspire someone, or give them some ideas to come up with there own plan, or maybe you’ll just think I’m cray cray! 🤷🏽♀️😂 Either way, there it is to hold me accountable! Message me, I want to hear yours!! ☺️
