TIPS to reduce #AftermathAnxiety
#theaftermath of a family being sick for 9 days and travel can feel like a tightness in the chest aka #anxiety for some
Ok so there's laundry galore, suitcase to unpack, meds and dry snacks to put away, dishes staring for days from attempts to eat, toys everywhere, lots more disinfecting to do, classwork and homework to catch up on, rotted mini pumpkin to toss, and on and on and OMG
So what we do to reduce the anxiety since feeling better has got all this ish "mattering" again Make a List!!
Yup easy peesy and FREE to make a list...
If you ever feel like sh@@ aka clutter is just attacking you:
make a list... just braindump, doesn't have to be room by room or space by space
attack with items that would have the biggest impact for functionality
don't just straighten shiz into a pile, like actually deal with the contents
include other family members of any age since well... they live there too!
