Two months ago, I was caught in a pretty scary car accident. The entire right side of my car was wrecked, it felt like a total loss. Thank God no one was seriously hurt, but the uncertainty the accident left brought stress and frustration we just didn’t need.
I went through the claims process with my insurer, and everything appeared to be going well until poor customer service threw us hurdling back towards insecurity. What was initially supposed to be 12 days with a rental car turned into almost a full month of wrestling with the repair shop’s constant and avoidable mistakes that directly impacted my children and my business.
