The Goose. .
Augustus Owsley was born in January, a whole month early and with no hair on his little round head. His nickname quickly became Gus. As time went on it began to morph into, The Goober, Globstas, Gussy, Fusstus... and so on, until the hair started growing in. It was poofy and thick, resembling that of a young gosling and there was nothing we could do to tame it. The day he began to walk, that day, he became The Goose. His gate began with pursed lips, flap arms and belly out, much like a real goose who is chasing you. As someone who is in to astrology, I wanted to research his spirit animal based on his zodiac and low and behold, it’s the goose. He is truly a baby bird, he squawks, he loves bread, he pecks (kisses) all over you, he gets territorial, and he loves to try to fly. He is absolutely obsessed with his hair and I hope that it never fades. He will make daddy brush it out and then proclaim ‘my big hair!’ as he pats the fluff ball that is on his head. .
So, @theellenshow ... if you want to entertain an audience, get this wild bird on your show... he won’t disappoint. 🧡 #theellenshow #unmanageablehair #fluffball #thegoose #hilarity #babybird #ellendegeneres #wildhair #augustus #sillyboy #helovesbread #spiritanimal #love #kentuckyboy #louisvillelove
