How can you not eat grapes and question your true diet by way of nature’s design? How can you not eat grapes and see that you have intricate digits that can pluck, pull, tug , pick, twist. Not tear, rip, shred, or slice. The human has been reconditioned over the last million years and today we must stop and return to our species, or at least give it your best to try. A million years is a long time, and re-reconditioning takes perpetual motion and a new mindset, coupled with discipline, you’ll be unstoppable 👊
Setting you up for the week ahead like... . My birthday always falls around Thanksgiving so I get a little sappy /mindful of all the good sh*t that has come my way. It may sound weird but I'm honestly grateful that I found this Gaga quote. That woman needs to be given some wise Auntie accolade, stat! . Truly ☝️ is what I've found to be 💯 in 2019. The bus ride itself was quick and easy, but next time I’m gonna bring a stroller because the walk to our stop involved me carrying everything, including my son. 🥵 Our kids’ nanny takes two buses and the metro to get to our house every morning. LatinX Americans are exposed to 63% more pollution than they produce. (See next image...guess Asian Americans weren’t statistically significant enough to include?🤨🇰🇷). • Honestly, I’m not badass enough to totally forsake my car. But I’m gonna start by taking the bus to morning drop off once a week. Seems like a doable commitment. Hey You, Good Morning! 🤔Are you afraid? Is fear getting in your way? _ 😣We all have something inside of us that we fear. Those same fears keeps us from moving forward, fear holds us back from experiencing the joys of every day life. We may even find a whole new route to take to avoid fear, which makes the trip or task even longer to mark off the to-do list. _ 👉🏾The most important thing with finding your inner courage, is choosing to act despite how you feel. Regardless of the fear that is hovering over you, you push through it and keep going. To triumph over the fear without looking back. Being brave when everything inside of you is shaking uncontrollably. _ 💪🏾Courage is mainly doing what you are afraid to do. Courage is jumping in head first even when you know you cannot touch the bottom. If there is no fear, there is no need for courage to exist. Courage only exist if there is fear, and fear can only be removed if you take the step to be courageous. Crazy right? _ 💕We have to follow our heart, letting go of what is familiar to us, and understand that we are winners on the other side of fear!!
