A lot of people are quick to change things. They’ll change jobs if the pay is good. They’ll change the people around them who are negative. They’ll change schools or move somewhere else etc etc...
I don’t fucking get why is it those that want to be healthier, fit or muscular won’t change their diet or go to the gym? How fucking difficult can that be?!!_
What is it because you don’t have the time? But you have time to post shit on instagram, Facebook, or go out and party?
Listen - change happens regardless. Keep makin excuses and you’ll be left behind. You will be stuck with that funky ass attitude if you don’t make the necessary changes. You will be considered a fucking loser. Winners don’t become winners by staying comfortable where they are at, they become winners by choosing to change things. Even if it seems impossible and you don’t know what will happen just do it! You will never meet someone who is fit and hear them say - oh I got fit because I was taking all these supplements and nothing else. A lot of people think by taking supplements that all of a sudden in a week you will be in shape. No fucking way let’s work that brain and start using it wisely. Change that train of thought because if you work hard and eat right (the right amounts!) only good results will come out of it.
Let’s not carry that loser mentality to 2018.
