A week ago we were in Vegas just kicking off our #WNFR trip! We had a busy schedule of events, and after primarily following a keto nutrition plan for the past couple months, I wondered how I would feel with the food and beverages. .
Usually after traveling, I have felt puffy, bloated and blah and came home a few pounds heavier. BUT - not this time! .
I enjoyed myself, ate well (maybe had some nachos, tacos and birthday dessert) and had a few cocktails. I did not deprive myself. I did not do crazy cardio. I didn’t worry. I didn’t come home feeling bloated and blah. And I didn’t gain weight. .
I came home 35 years old and feeling my best! (Well, maybe a little tired, because who sleeps in Vegas?!) 🤩
