Hi everyone. It’s been awhile since I have talked about our Thrive journey. The vitamins I take are the first step and the list of ingredients is long!! There are vitamins B12, B2, D3, B1, B6, vitamin A, Green coffee bean extract, Guarana extract (caffeine), Folic Acid, Grape Seed extract, Ginger, White Willow Extract to name a few! The vitamins four days week helps to fill in nutritional deficiencies because we can’t possibly eat a perfect diet everyday!
For the past year I feel like I have been living life ten years younger. I don’t fall asleep reading to the kids at night (weekends, lol), I don’t feel drained by mid afternoon and I get more accomplished in the day. Life feels fuller when your living a lifestyle and this is ours.
