Warm up
(The whole purpose for my warmups are to get the blood pumped into the muscles, get them nice and ready..i started doing warms up ad a way to fatigue my muscles before i enter my working sets. That way i can use lighter weight but still work efficiently)
-banded mobility
Lat pull down-3 sets 20 reps
Incline bench-3 sets 20 to 30 reps
Leg extensions-3 sets 20 to 40 reps
1st working set
Hammer strength rows- 3 sets 15,12,12
(Superset)body crossed bicep curls 3 sets (fatigue)
2nd working set
Incline bench press- 3 sets 15,12,12 (Super set) overhead dumbbell extension-
3 sets until fatigued
3rd working set
Bar RDL-3 sets 15,12,12

Arnold Press! My favorite workout, I don’t know when my healthy obsession with this workout started but I know that I do it every single time I enter the gym, know matter if it’s chest, back or leg day- Arnold Press to finish.

I used to struggle doing 50’s for one rep, even a few years ago 50 still heavy although I was repoing 50’s at that time. Who would have thought that I would be able to rep 60’s sitting down. The heaviest I go even standing is 70 which is on a good day and is a true workout. Who knows will I hit 100 lb. Arnold Press? Time will tell but for now I focus on form and feeling the burn.

If you’re looking for a good shoulder workout, add this to your workout for sets of. 10-20 reps. This is one of the best deltoid/shoulder exercises that I can recommend. Really the effects of any workout are amplified once torque is added to the motion, within reason of course. Ok go get it and stay fit. God bless. .

I’ve been dropping weight, this is current conditioning. Would have a full 8 if I didn’t hold so much water. The in body Test reads me at 7.7% body fat. I’ve been dropping weight recently due to not having enough time to eat through out the day like I’d like to. Past few days I have ate every 2 hours as I plan to the rest of this winter bulk. Extrêmement difficile à soigner, la désinsertion de l’adducteur est crainte dans tous les sports où la course à pied est nécessaire. Pas très douloureuse, elle demande néanmoins un long processus de guérison, qu’il ne faut surtout pas négliger sous peine de voir apparaître de sérieuses complications.
Une désinsertion, cela ne vous dit rien ? Comprenez plutôt déchirure aggravée. Pour un sportif, il s’agit d’une blessure très contraignante. « On peut représenter l’adducteur par une corde. Le terme "désinsertion" signifie en fait que cette corde lâche. » « Avec une désinsertion, poursuit-il, l’adducteur peut venir se coller sur le nerf sciatique, ce qui peut donc devenir très gênant par la suite. les différentes complications possibles : « Elle peut aussi entraîner une pubalgie, très problématique pour un sportif car très douloureuse. » Lorsque la désinsertion est totale, l’opération est nécessaire. Cependant, très peu de chirurgiens la réalisent (la technique est encore nouvelle).
Opération ou non, il faut choisir
Comme expliqué plus haut, la désinsertion de l’adducteur peut être associée à une déchirure catastrophique. Sans intervention chirurgicale, le délai de cicatrisation, 6 semaines, est le minimum syndical pour un sportif. « Au bout de cette période d’immobilisation, on peut espérer ne plus avoir de douleurs. On commence donc par faire bouger la personne, ses muscles, on fait des étirements, etc. Ensuite, c’est la réathlétisation qui commence. Elle peut aller de 1 mois et demi jusqu’à 3 mois de rééducation. » Si tout se passe bien ! Dans certains cas, cette méthode ne marche pas et le patient ressent toujours de vives douleurs. « Il faut alors envisager une réinsertion de l’adducteur. Ce qui veut donc dire une opération, ce qui signifie repartir sur un nouveau processus de guérison totale. » Généralement, entre 3 et 4 mois et demi sont nécessaires pour reprendre une activité sportive régulière. En cas de complications, le double est prévu pour permettre au patient de retrouver la pleine capacité de son adducteur

So back to the prep life!
