Moving and grooving this weekend, and my enjoying time with family. I got an MRI this weekend on my pituitary, but I also got an awesome shoulder workout at @ufcgymconcord and I got to (mindfully) eat lots of chocolate at a Christmas party, so who’s really the winner here?
Real talk though, if you are struggling with food at holiday parties-try and focus on the party around you. The sounds and conversations and people instead of over or under-thinking when it comes to the food. It’s all a learning process so the most important thing is to treat yourself with love and care, no matter how many or little treats you eat.
