HOW TO MAKE THIS
-- Octopus: lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic, red pepper, charred on a plancha
-- Sauce: Fry chorizo with =shallots & garlic, add water and cream. Blend until creamy. Since I made such a small batch, it wasn't enough for the Vitamix to blend properly.
-- Salad: Celery, sherry vinegar, lime juice, chives, evoo.
