Toronto Life went pizza hunting to track down the 25 top pizzas in the city. We searched high and low, through thick and thin (crusts), and came up with a ranking that includes everything from classic Neapolitan margheritas to deep-dish delights to gonzo creations, like Maker Pizza's Return of the Mac, which includes all the toppings you might find on a Mickey D's classic. Which pizza is No. 1? Visit torontolife.com to see the full list.
it is so. hot. outside. and to think in mid april we were still complaining about the snow in Toronto... but this watermelon cake from @7cakeboutique is so refreshing that it makes me forget about how hot it is. just a little
Made with fresh watermelon, strawberries, and blackberries, this is a really unique cake and the perfect dessert for summer and with a cheese lava filling on the inside too!

Brunch Poutine [$9.95] + Build Your Own Omelette [$11.95]
The Bus Terminal Diner [1606 Danforth Avenue, Toronto ON]
3/5 • After seeing many reviews for its nostalgia and good food, we decided to finally visit this iconic restaurant on Danforth. The menu for brunch had around 10 items to choose from, ranging from eggs benedict to your classic breakfast combos. We ended up choosing the Brunch Poutine because we wanted to try the hollandaise sauce and were surprised at the intense buttery flavour but the poutine could've also used a lot more cheese. For the omelette, we chose to fill it with spinach, onions and cheddar cheese and were very surprised at how generous they were with the ingredients. Overall, this meal was very average and definitely could've been made at home. But the ambience of sitting in a classic bus diner with blue vinyl booths, surrounded by '70s decor cannot be beat!
The Beyond Burger I had this burger when I was in Toronto a few weeks ago (I haven’t seen it anywhere in Montreal!!) and it was sooo amazing! I honestly don’t miss meat, but I occasionally crave burgers and this @beyondmeat patty satisfied my craving completely!! It has the texture and flavour of a medium rare burger, but it doesn’t leave you feeling super full and gross after like giant beef burgers usually do. The toppings were also sooo amazing: vegan cheese, vegan “special sauce”, sprouts, lettuce, and tomatoes I’m gonna have to look for these burgers so I can make them for game days! Who else is excited for the World Cup?! I’m Mexican so I was beyondddd excited today when we beat Germany (sorry to my German friends/followers ) who are you routing for? Comment below!

So nice we went twice! @infusecafebar was one of my favorite finds during this trip to #Toronto All of their cocktails feature tea infused spirits and are some of the best I’ve had in the city! Plus they’ve got amazing bar snack options!
So timmies has poutine now. Guess we'll try that next time hah. Anywho happy Father's day!!
