You want to keep it simple with minimum equipment but also want to be effective like hell? Yeah this workout is for you 😁 All you need is your body for this workout. You can use additional weight like me for extra challenge (dumbbell, med.ball or bottle of water etc.). Exercises:
➡️Push Up + Mountain Climbers (1 Push Up + 8 Mountain Climbers)
➡️Static Lunges (for both sides)
➡️Push Up and Stretch
➡️Sumo Drop Squats
➡️Squat Holds (Hold at least 5 secs)
➖➖➖➖➖➖
45 seconds each exercise. 15 seconds rest between the exercises. Perform 4 or 5 rounds. 60 seconds rest between the rounds.

Christie Brinkley age 65! Life goals.

Light weighted deadlifts today. Think I need to start light, use proper form, and slowly add weight.
Trying to concentrate on improving my lifting technique and maintaining a neutral, normal inward curve of the lower lumbar spine.
The most dangerous mistake on a deadlift is to pull up with a bent lower back! This creates uneven pressure on the spinal discs causing injuries! Don’t deadlift with a rounded lower back! This is better achieved, as I’ve discovered, by keeping the chest up and straightening the lower back.
An excellent full body, compound exercise that works several muscles at the same time - the legs (glutes, quads, hamstrings), back (lats, erector spinae, traps) as well as the abs & obliques (to support lower back) and arms (biceps and triceps working isometrically). Deadlifts are the best exercise for the back (in my opinion). Legs are the prime movers, back muscles help keep the spine neutral. It can really strengthen your back and at the same time strengthens the trunk muscles as gravity pulls the bar down the muscles of the trunk contract. —————-
