This is a TOTAL BODY COMBO MOVEMENT CIRCUIT that I did to target multiple muscle groups at once, get my heart rate up, and save ⏰! Give this a save and try it out! 💙
1️⃣ Deadlift/upright row combo
2️⃣ Bent over row/bicep curl combo
3️⃣ Squat/shoulder press combo
Perform each movement, back to back, for 10-12 REPS EACH (both movements together in a combo movement count as 1 rep). COMPLETE FOR 5 ROUNDS. .

This #alexacisefitness client is on a mission to increase muscle mass!
I was going thru this move with her and a couple other people in the session said ‘omg look at her chest muscles!’ So of course we had to get a video!
Now let’s talk about the exercise, lol!

I find this chest exercise to be especially good for anyone with some shoulder issues, by squeezing the weights together and keeping the shoulder blades pinched back into the bench, it really anchors down the shoulder joint and can keep the chest flexed throughout the whole movement. Of course, if you still feel shoulder pain then you should abort exercise😉

18 days! No workout! Nothing...due to a car crash and being advised not to do anything too strenous... But #healthyholidays and am back with @lesmillsondemand and @lesmillsuk although I hit up a BodyCombat class in a nearby town despite today being a rest day on the calendar. But this is how I celebrate success with some kick ass kick conditioning and MMA.
The shirt says "Inspiration is the culmination of focus and desire to find the best inside yourself and bring it forward." Doesn't matter what your focus is for me right now it's passing my HNC and continuing my fitness journey.
