Can we all agree health is important?
Can we all agree that working out/being active in some capacity is important? (If you say no then you and I disagree what it means to be healthy)
If you said YES to both of the above then the excuse "I don't have time" is not a good enough excuse for me. We MAKE time for the things that are important. Sure - many people don't have time to get to a gym or workout for hours each day. I don't have time for that either!!! But if you are saying you can't fit 30 minutes into your day to take care of your health (and you can do it from home, so no commute time necessary), then you need to shuffle around your priorities.
Because if you take care of yourself by being active each day for just half an hour, you will increase your energy, release stress, sleep better, reduce risk of getting sick, and increase your confidence. And I guarantee that will make ALL those other things that are important to you even BETTER
