Exercise to strengthen Shin/calf muscles.
Exercise sequence: 🔸Heel walk: Walk slowly on your heels without bending your knees. 🔸Toe walk: Walk on your toes without bending your knees. 🔸Foot curls: Place a towel under your foot, try to grab the towel with your foot fingers. 🔸Calf raises: Find an elevated place
🔸Eccentric calf raises: Raise your calves, place your one foot to the adjacent calf drop down and vice versa. 🔸Pelvic moves: (I name this exercise, might be known with a different name): Place your one foot on the stable surface other hanging sideways. Move hanging foot up/down, again without bending your knee.
Feel the burn in targeted portion. That means you are doing it correctly.
I do these in the afternoon after my morning workout recovery (3sets 30reps each). 🔘You can change the sets/reps as per your goal or fitness🔘

I’ve been feeling so good in the gym lately and I couldn’t be happier! I haven’t been following a strict diet nor have I done a ton of cardio yet I am weighing the smallest I’ve been in a while by about 6lbs. I usually don’t pay much attention to weight but sometimes I like to check in to see where I stand. Ultimately focused on building strength and endurance while still enjoying the foods I love to eat, to include doughnuts and ice cream occasionally! Just working on getting stronger but eventually....one day I’ll decide to get shredded but for now I’m #foreverbulking 🍦 🍩 🍔 🍟 🍗 .

I know, most people know how to do this but are you doing it correctly? When you're taking the stairs, here are a few tips to keep in mind that’ll help to make sure you’re using the perfect form! Step up onto each step with a flat foot and push more through your big toe and inside of your foot, rather than the outside. Never lock your knees. Keep your core engaged and shoulders over your hips. And remember- it’s not a race…go as slow or as fast as you want to!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
