Big squat night for my Dogg House Team. Got back in briefs after a raw wave and weighed 6 lbs lighter but my briefs were much tighter so I'm definitely growing new legs/hips/ass with my Programming from @mommy_n_ry_lifts. The plan was triples to a box with 200 in chain. Here's 550 & 600. My form and technique still need a TON of work (as you will see) but the strength is there and I finished with a 100lb PR on this movement at 700+200 chain for a single in just briefs no sleeves.

6x2 box squats; 495/550/585/635/700/700 ended up with a 55lb breifs only PR (twice for a double!). Working sets are consistently getting heavier now. Feet were all over the place, easy fix. 810 w/wraps and then 900 reverse bands. Cut the 900 high because I like my life right now. Holy smokes that's HEAVY! My skull told me so LOL. Each week I'm building more confidence under heavier weight. Now my 700 & 750 are a joke where they used to take everything I had and there was nothing left for a 3rd. The 810 needs another half inch but for now these are good squats for me mentally to build on in Training.

The group at DH and @jamesharris3511 has breathed new life into this guy.
In 8 weeks - PR squat 50lbs / PR bench 30lbs / PR sumo 50/lbs - 130 lbs + we will add to my total very soon. Looking for something in April/May possibly.

First Seminar this year for 2019 was Outstanding. 11 Ladies from Cooper's Cycle and Fitness were in attendance. They all received InBody Readings and Nutrient Timing meal plans. We discussed the importance of keeping their Metabolic Rates high by eating more food to fuel their bodies for the training they're doing. I explained how eating in a deficit crashes the thyroid function and whacks out your hormones. 3 of them signed up for Coaching and Cooper's has already booked their next event in May for a check up Seminar. Awesome night. Went 750 unwrapped for a 50 pound PR. Then missed 810. Came back with a better pick and nailed it for 110 pound PR. That's 5lbs over my best 805 that was wrapped two weeks ago. Then tossed on a mini red Rev Band and plowed thru 850 because @rev_limmit04 can't have all the fun now. Celebration brought to you by my favorite squatter of all time @squatzilla1. 605x1 close grip. Then 635x2 index finger right inside the ring. The heavy overload work on Sundays is making the straight weight touches on Wednesday feel so much easier. I recently Ditched Dynamic work for the overloads and everything is clicking. Here's the deal. DE doesn't work for me. I had no confidence handling big Weights because I never handled them. My bench was going nowhere fast. You can't press big weights if you don't ever handle them. I know it's fucking crazy right, OMG??!! I can hear it now...his CNS can't handle that! He's going to eat shit here soon.
