Well would you look at that.. apparently sticking to macros for 6 days (only trained 3 times) and not eating 6 meals a day on 5star all inclusive does wonders for the old belly.
Most people feel like shit after a holiday, mood wise aswell as bodyshape wise - each of which can amplify the other - I’ve learned to come to expect it, to eat whatever the fuck I want while away, and to stop sucking my belly in while I’m bobbing about on my lilo (causing a fucking scene mounting and dismounting, naturally) in full view of the hotels population after eating 15 croissants and cream cheese for my brekkie.
A 7lb drop in weight in 6 days post holiday shows you the extent that the food, booze, heat, lack of exercise, and most importantly fluid retention, can affect your body, you’re not gaining and dropping 7lbs of fat for fuck sake.. those kankles you get on the plane - that give you that panic when you land and you canny get your shoes back on to the let the person at the window seat out - WEIGHS!
