The left around 180 to the right a healthy 155 cant see much change? Its cause I was covered in fat but at the same time active, my diet was so bad i felt like a slob but you wouldnt tell cause you would think i was skinny.
With 30 mins of working out or 2 hours honestly it wouldnt make no difference if your diet isn't on point.
I'm not going to tell you how to eat cause all our goals are different. But all this artificial sugar has to go.
Remember as a kid if you ate your food you could eat some ice cream or get that cookie you wanted and you felt good cause it was releasing dopamine into our brain.
But now you go to a fast food joint grab you a meal and you dont even know it but your brain is releasing dopamine from that meal because it's not a real food. So without you even realizing it you are slowly becoming addicted to all these fast food places. Theres no more happy feeling after awhile I'm sure most of yall will realize that by now.
Break that habit cut out soda for one month. The next month cut out some fast food places, next month sugary juices n snack. You will make it a habit you will realize you dont need these food no more and when that happens you can once again enjoy a soda, enjoy a snack, enjoy that fast food and have that feel good feeling but once you developed that habit of not needing it you'll realize you dropped down some weight, your clothes fit lose, and your confidence is going up.
You know we are here to live one time do you really want to struggle to breath, to wake up, to play with your kids, to do a activity.
Take care of your body because at the end we all may die but we didnt struggle living it.

After ending a mentally and verbally abusive marriage I let myself go!  I came into the marriage the healthiest I had been in my life and came out the unhealthiest in my life.  The stress of my marriage and years of bad eating had taken a toll on my body.  I was diagnosed with TWO autoimmune disorders, Sjogren's Syndrome and Spondylitis.  I was living with chronic pain, fatigue, and inflammation.  I also suffered with Asthma, PCOS, Adrenal Fatigue, and was diagnosed as OBESE and prediabetic.

I should have just succumb to my health problems but instead I got up and got moving.  I knew that I was destined for more, I started researching how to help heal my body through food and left all of my medications behind.  I started working out and miraculous things started to happen.  I was CHANGING!  I have dedicated my Instagram page to sharing my personal journey, workouts, foods and the natural supplementations that have allowed me to turn my life around.  Just a couple of weeks ago (06/6/18), I was elated to get news from my doctor that I was no longer pre-diabetic but within normal limits.  I am getting stronger each day and realizing that I am a FIGHTER.
While I am NO WHERE NEAR where I want to go, I also acknowledging the fact that I am NOT where I used to be. Let's encourage each other as we live our best lives.  I realize that fitness is not a date circled on a calendar for some special event.  Instead I acknowledge that is truly is a LIFESYTLE and I'm just getting started! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀

I’m not usually a paragraph caption type of girl, but I stumbled upon the picture on the left and felt like I should share because it’s so near and dear to my heart. The picture on the left was taken two years ago this month, and the picture on the right was taken a few weeks ago. You can see obvious physical differences, but what you can’t see is the mental differences. Two years ago, I was seriously unhappy. I would look in the mirror and think I looked fat. I wouldn’t go out to eat with my friends or family and I’d sit at home and cry because I felt like I couldn’t eat anything. It was the lowest point for me, but I wanted to be a model so bad. I wanted to be glamorized for being so thin even though I was miserable. In the picture on the right, I have gained around 30-35 pounds (I don’t exactly how much. I don’t weigh myself anymore.) AND I am a much happier human being mentally. Just wanted to share because the girl on the right looks in the mirror and thinks she looks thin! Healthy looks different on everyone & it’s important to embrace your own shape and size. You’ll be much happier! 💞 .

I’ve never TGIF so hard, but FINALLY! This week has been a struggle. It was one of those weeks where life tried testing me to my breaking point with a series of “unfortunate events”. But I didn’t break, I fought back! I’ll be writing more about this topic on my blog, so stay tuned. In the meantime, I hope everyone has a fantastic and prosperous weekend. Make it count! Lastly, BODY BOOTCAMP is still a go July 7 @10am sharp! The location shall be disclosed sometime this weekend to next week, so look out for that! Also, I’ve been getting inquiries about what my workouts will consist of, so I will give y’all the details about that as well. Throwback to leaner days!

The gaining phase continues to move forward whilst now being back home -adding weight to the frame at a slow and controllable pace!
.
Here are my TOP tips for growing density and width into your back:
.
⚫️Variation: I hit a wide range of angles on my 'back' days. The intention to get stronger remains whilst execution does never change! (Wide grip lat pull & SA lat pull are effective for me)
.
⚫️Separating vertical and horizontal pulls. Due to my injury limitations there is only one horizontal movement, the main focus coming through vertical contractions (exercises above)
I found concentrating on one or the other allowed me to exhaust that movement efficiently.
.
⚫️Log booking: setting session by session targets in order to FORCE progression and in turn muscle growth. Having said this, you will only warrant the overload and progression of execution isn’t compromised! 👈🏻
.
What else can help the appearance of a wide back? 👉🏻 SMALLER WAIST
.
➕Train your core, holding in your stomach, having a strong core will lead to holding in your stomach and allowing the appearance of a smaller waist.
➕ Get lean - less bodyfat = smaller waist. Getting lean also means eating less which is less food in your digestive tract.
➕Build bigger shoulders/back. Create the illusion of having a smaller waist with bigger upper body. Also having bigger legs will help with V-shape appearance.
