***DRY JANUARY *** Loads of my clients are doing dry January at the moment, which is great! However, if you ask me I don’t think it’s beneficial in a long term. •
Once I was preparing for competition and cut alcohol for 6 weeks, it felt good and I trained a lot, however, I always had this feeling that I’m restricting myself and automatically I wanted it even more. To cut story short, after the competition I was going every other night and gained all the weight and fat I lost. •
SOOOOO I think its very important to make a point of going out with your friends, partners and having fun.
It’s crucial to me to go out and don't count the macros/calories of what I eat, invite mates over on a sunday and have a dinner with cake and custard for dessert etc
In this lifestyle in which we restrict many of the things that life offers us, we must make a conscious effort to not let it run our life completely. That way, I feel a lot happier, and i don't get sick of training or sticking to my diet.
Just have a drink or cake, wake up and start your routine again 👍🏼 Double tap if you think that’s something helpful ❤️❤️❤️#balance
