I don’t normally strength train on Sundays but I knew I wouldn’t get my usual Friday strength workout in this week so last Sunday I made a schedule to get all my workouts in this week. It took some doing and some compromise but I got it done!

Beginning my hyper hydrating late (thought it was supposed to start tomorrow ) Hoping I can slide into that 68 kg category on Friday without issues... I'm gonna be peeing all night ♂️. #westcoastclassic
Recovery week ended with a bike and transition run. Opted to sleep in and keep it in the garage today while the kiddos played outside. Then enjoyed a couple of slices of homemade pizza with my birthday boy! #momlife#roadtohalfironman#brickworkout
