Sorry it became a bit long 🤷♀️The plan today was to climb the small phyrgas peak...but I had to stop before reaching the peak. It was not the body condition, rather it was my mind - fear of heights. I didn’t know I had this so intense 🤷♀️. Absolutely unable to go even one step further, I had to sit down, squeezed against the stone and the only thing to do was: sit-releax-observe and the most important to breathe...Exactly the same what I teach in the yoga classes 😁. As I couldn’t enjoy the glorious few...I had the possibility (the only possibility 😅) to observe the amazing microcosm next to my stone (seriously I become one with the stone, so tight I squeezed against it...😂). It was so amazing and beautiful to watch this little insects, this tiny little caterpillar 🐛 climbing the gras stalk, the majestic butterfly’s, the lovely flowers.
Happy to feel better after more then one hour, watching my fear, my thoughts, my breath (nearly not moving at all...try this if you meditate for one hour 😁) a couple came by and helped me to go the way back down (must have been a funny pic, a woman in a pink camouflage tights, embracing the stone...🙈) the comment of them: „but you have good shoes“...😁✌🏻. Thanks to them 🙏🏻
The first resume of this experience is, that everything is happening in the mind, and if you just hold on, watch and breathe, the fear, the emotions, the thoughts just go away. It may take some time, but they do not stay! The second is, not running blind through this universe, with the eyes on the smartphone, as more to perceive the macrocosm and also the microcosm. All the things I actually knew, but sometimes it needs a reminder.
