The JM Press.Shown here is 95kg 3x3(only first set shown) which is extremely heavy for this exercise. The best exercise for your triceps nobody knows about. It's essentially a mixture between a skull crusher and an ultra close Grip Bench Press, and it really does make your triceps bulletproof and very, very strong. DO NOT GO HEAVY first time on this exercise! Build up slowly is you are willing to put yourself through that much torture! It burns and it's hard!You will be risky injury if you build up the weight too quickly. It's a risky exercise so ALWAYS use a spotter with heavy weight even if you can do it yourself, DONT. Shoulder pain when doing rope tricep pushdown ??

A tip to help combat that pain is to take 2 ropes and use it long ways like 1 longer rope.. like in the video

Double rope tricep pull downs. I did promise you guys a tricep video. This is the first time Iv executed this workout in this fashion with two ropes & I must say this is how il be doing it from now on. I was able to get a much better contraction doing . Literally it was considerably easier to control and I was able to get more reps. On the way down I felt that lovely tricep burn. I could tell every rep I did I was closer to getting the horse shoe or is it a croissantπŸ˜‚ in my tricep. One of the two. With this exercise don't go to heavy I would say about 70% of your Maximum. When performing this exercise it's more about form. Have elbow tucked tucked in and souley using your tricep to pull the weight.
