Independence Day workout!
Went all out with the workout today. The results are beginning to show quite slowly, but will take it considering I have had to deal with injuries and falls.. Still a long way away from feeling absolutely fit but should get there sooner than later if I keep this up.

At first that machine scared me but luckily YouTube and google can give you so many answers! Don’t be afraid to try new things because your scared and you don’t want to look confused! Always give it a try 😊 I still have lots to learn lol! I am the type of person that learns hands on ! .

Wow had a KILLER shoulders, tricep and abs workout day thanks to my girls workout guide. I don’t think I’ve worked that hard on these areas EVER in the gym. -
It was also SOOO NICE to be back in the gym since I haven’t been in 5 days. No more basement workouts, need to be more consistent and getting my butt up and going to LA. Even though I’ve been productive downstairs, there’s nothing like crushing a workout at the gym and being able to sit in the sauna🔥

• Och idag så fick det bli ett bröst och tricepspass💪🏻 Testade även en ny sak i slutet av vissa set, då jag valde en vikt körde så många reps som gick sen vänta 10 Sek göra 1-3 reps vila 10 sek och avslutar med att försöka göra 1-2 reps👍 Kändes väldigt bra och kommer fortsätta med det för att man blir helt slut:)
Sen så blev det även ett 20min cardiopass

Day 22... #armday💪 i had NO PUMP. Why? I have no fucking idea. I took preworkout, ate carbs, i did everything and got no pump. It did hurt tho, i felt the blood flow restriction, and lifted heavy weight and did dropsets and all... But still had no pump.
Today i trained instinctively, i did what i felt like doing, and didn't really counted reps... Just, went with the flow. I wanted to have fun, and so... I trained hard.
You won't always have good days, but you still have to give your best.
Always push and try... Even when you fail. In failure, there is knowledge. No one has ever become great without falling a couple of times... Because when we are down, we learn to get back up, and to not fall down again for the same reason. We learn from our weaknessess and turn them into strengths. And that, is how you turn into a champion.

"To bench a lot, you must bench a lot."

If you want to increase your bench press but you're only bench pressing 1x per week, then you're not doing everything in your power to increase your bench.
-
It's your goal. Do EVERYTHING in your power to increase that bench press. This means training the bench press 3x per week. Each day of the week uses a different set and rep scheme in order to maximize gains (Daily Undulating Periodization or DUP).

You'll have 3 different days:
-
Power Day. 6 sets of 3 reps with 70% 1RM. Pause for 3 seconds on your chest and explode up.
-
Strength Day. 5 sets of 5 reps with 80% your 1RM. Grind these bad boys out. Take lots of rest.
-
Hypertrophy Day. 4 sets of 8 reps with 70% 1RM. A bigger muscle is a stronger muscle, so we're going to build some size to help build the bench press strength.

You can set this up on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday routine and have some incredible bench press gains. In your first 2 weeks, it'll feel like overtraining, but once your body adapts, you can add 20lbs to your bench press in less than 90 days.
