Here I go with the pistachio again, sorry (no I'm not). Barberini are known for their truffles (which we had in the from of a bruschetta - scrumptious!) and their lobster spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and lime. The latter was good, but the stand out for me was the spaghetti with red shrimps (the heads are very good btw, don't let it go to waste!) from Mazara and pistachio from Bronte!!! Holy crap indeed. I look forward to trying to recreate this at home (ha, who am I kidding). Anyhow, go here obviously. Make a reservation.
As a side note, I think my shrimp (prawns for us Aussies) and pistachio pasta is very typically Sicilian. I'm clearly a very predictable lass.
