Known as the “godfather of tsukemen”, rokurinsha is certainly worth trying. Expect 30-60 min wait when you come visit.
Probably not the best tsukemen in Tokyo, but certainly is a good comfort food - al dente noodle, dipped in thick and creamy broth, made with pork bones, chicken bones, dried fishes and veg. Star of the dish is probably the egg, that’s boiled to perfection.
