This all-levels class is designed to support your journey towards activity for life by providing a comfortable space to explore while increasing strength, flexibility, balance and overall whole body awareness.
Evolved from yoga, each class begins with breath work and down regulation of the nervous system. Then novel movements coupled with active stretching and elements of play, dexterity, balance, and hand-eye coordination build strength and stability. Restful Savasana closes each class.
Each week a new focus keeps the experience fresh and reduces the risk of repetitive stress injuries.
