It’s been my dream for so long as I absolutely hate my belly. (I will reveal and explain more as the weeks go by)
I knew I needed space. Ive been a confused mess for months.
To reflect I stepped back, swapped the long gym sessions for walking, lost my gains and some strength without a doubt.
But I’ve been swimming, that’s my meditation exercise and relaxation all in one hit.
On the goal setting I went back to basics. One way to achieve a goal is envision the outcome.
When I think of my goal weight I feel excited but grossed out by the thought of the way my belly will look and feel. So I decided to merge the two goals into one challenge with an outcome goal instead of two separate challenge to reach goal.. hang on it will all make sense.
Weight reduction is my challenge and a tummy tuck the goal
SO... I booked it.!
