Good morning! I’ve added Saturday morning workouts to tip the balance to 5 workout days, and two off. I was inspired by the gym’s iPad telling me how many workouts I had done in the last month—charting and reflection helps you see opportunities to improve!
This morning, I have modified my wife’s awesome recipe for “protein bagels.” 1 cup self rising flour, 1 cup Greek yogurt (fat % up to you—she uses non, I like low) and a pinch of salt.
These add some peanut butter powder, egg powder protein, a solash of vanilla, another of coffee... and some have chocolate chips :)
They bake in 10 min—7 in the air fryer at 360.
