I 👏 hated 👏 exercise 👏
I spent hours, days, years criticising my poor body, my appearance, my appetite, my lack of energy. ‘Exercise!’ People would say...yeah right 😒
💡 Then I found my motivator! It’s the exercise I LOVE to do. The way I like to do it and this way I can treat it like a hobby!
I found F45 earlier this year after having it smooshed in my head. And now I know why they did.
Goals ✅ tracking ✅ rewards ✅ support ✅ RESULTS ✅ ✅
When staying consistent at F45, my relationship with food is better, my relationship with myself is better and my relationship with my goals is better. I’m GETTING SHIT DONE.
Day 5 into my new training at @f45_training_wanaka and I’m already seeing results in my food habits and mental health and very excitingly, today I converted an IDEA and a DREAM into a very real possibility ⭐️
