In my adult life I was always unhappy with how I looked and was always trying to lose weight, reduce size, become smaller, whatever you want to call it.
In the last 1,5 I started to lift heavy. I mean heavier than I ever was lifting. I always did weight training, but my rep range would never be less than 10. I also stopped counting calories. And the magic happened ✨
I gained 2 kg of lean muscles and reduced my body fat percentage by 1% in just 1,5 months!
I was never happier with how I look! It is a very weird feeling seeing scales go up and being so proud of your body and super happy♥️
I am on the Max OT programme until the end of the year, so let's see what other changes it is going to bring☺️
