When you race on Saturday, Monday morning can be tough. The DOMS sets in (delayed muscle soreness) and if you didn’t put some recovery practices in place, it’s starting to show. Saturday’s race had an Athlete Recovery Tent at the finish line. Let me just tell you how amazing that was...👌🏼🤩 I’m rolling out my calves with the @hyperice Hypersphere in this picture.
